How fresh is fresh?
We roast Tuesdays and Fridays and ship the same day. Your bag arrives within days of the roast, inside its best two-week window.
Whole bean or ground?
Whole bean keeps its sweetness longest. We'll grind for your brewer if you ask, free.
Is dark roast bitter?
Stale is bitter. Fresh dark roast is sweet, heavy, and clean. Copper Hour is the proof.
